For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions of operation of the Crowder.PRO:

  1. Personal Data - means personal data that constitutes a set of information about a natural person that allows it to be identified;
  2. Contact Form - means a form in which the Website Users provide the necessary data in order to receive information about the activity and services provided by the Operator;
  3. Operator - means Crowder SA with its headquarters at ul.   4. Terms and Conditions - means the Regulations of operation of the website Crowder SA, which defines the rights and obligations of the Operator and the rights and obligations of the Website Users;

Żurawia 71, 15-540 Białystok, entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court for the city of Warsaw, XII Commercial Division of the National Court Register under the number KRS 0001062041, NIP: 966-214-24-94 (hereinafter referred to as the "Company").
  2. Your personal data is processed for the purpose of:
    1. the sale and rental of immovable property pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR;
    2. the implementation of the company's legitimate interests as administrator - the basis of Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR, by which it is to be understood to reply to a message sent using the contact form on the
    3. sending commercial information on the Company's offer with the express consent - the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR.
  3. Personal data of the Website Users are processed for the period:
    1. necessary for the performance of the contract and for the time necessary for the limitation of any claims relating to the performance of the contract;
